This cake is the best choice in every festive occasion.


Whether it's about a birthday occasion or some other kind of celebration, no one will understand that this is a sugar free chocolate cake.


They will not believe that you are on a diet.


This is a presentable cake with a rich buttery flavour.


Chocolatey and delicious but at the same time easy, not to spend the whole day in the kitchen.


It's a mix of two easy recipes:

Easy Keto Chocolate Cake


Servings 15

• Ingredients:



120 ml / Almond milk (unsweetened)


30 g / Grated dark chocolate (> 85% cocoa content)


10 g / Cocoa powder

Instructions:


The process is very simple.


1 Prepare the Keto Savoiardi (Ladyfingers) following the instructions of the recipe.


2 Prepare the Keto Buttercream Frosting following the instructions of the recipe.


3 Soak lightly the Savoiardi into the almond milk and make layers of savoiardi and buttercream frosting.


I use an 18X28X7cm pan filled to the top.


4 Garnish with sugar free cocoa powder and grated dark chocolate or nuts.


The wonderful cake is ready!
