Everyone will love this sweet milk pie.

I am so happy for this discovery.


Everyone who tried to make custard with gluten-free ingredients know what I mean.


At the end it was easier than expected since there are only a few, and easy to found ingredients.


Sometimes I think of incredible ingredient combinations and finally the best result is easier than expected.


This pie came about by coincidence.

I bought a lot of eggs for the holidays and had to use them to buy fresh.


This milk pie is milk-free but it's still delicious and creamy.


We all know the nutritional value of eggs. So this is a very easy and delicious way to enjoy eggs for breakfast, as a dessert, but also as a meal.

Servings: 15

• Ingredients:


7 / Eggs


3 / Egg yolks


100-150g / Erythritol - Stevia blend 1:1

120 g / Melted butter (not hot)


100 g / Almond flour


300 g / Cream cheese


200 ml / Almond milk


1-2 tsp / Vanilla extract


Zest of a bio lemon


Cinnamon (optional)


50 g / Cranberries (optional)

• Instructions:


1 Weigh and prepare all the ingredients.

Eggs, cream cheese and almond milk must be at room temperature for a smooth mixture.


2 Preheat the oven at 175°C (fan assisted).


3 Prepare a backing pan (22X34 cm) smearing with plenty of butter.


4 Beat the eggs with the yolks and the sweetener for about 5 minutes.


5 Add the melted butter, beat for a while and then add the rest of the ingredients in order they mentioned above. Cinnamon is optional.


The mixture is runny but it thickens during baking time.

6 Bake for about 30-40 minutes until golden brown.

This pie rises during backing time but as it cools it loses its volume, like all this kind of egg desserts.


7 After baking, let the dessert completely cool before cutting.
