150 g / Sliced cheese (gouda, edamer, emmentaler or cheddar)
• Instructions:
1 Cut the cheese slices of into smaller pieces, in the shape you like (triangles or squares) about 2-3 cm.
It is better to use some soft cheese and not spicy so that they do not become too salty.
2 Put the pieces of cheese on a large baking tray covered with parchment paper.
3 Cover with a second parchment paper.
4 Let the cheese at room temperature for 3-4 days (yes! DAYS) until completely dry.
5 Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan assisted) for about 10 minutes.
Most pieces of cheese pop like popcorn!
Watch out not burn the chips, burned cheese is bitter. They're ready when
slightly golden brown.
6 Remove the chips directly from the baking tray after baking!
• Serve and enjoy!
