This an easy keto buns recipe, made in 10 minutes without even turning on the oven.

The ingredients are few and easy to find.

These buns can satisfy the cravings for bread in a different way than you are used to.

Steaming is much faster and cheaper.

Of course you can bake these buns in the microwave oven or the conventional oven but many people do not want to cook in microwaves and in the second case the oven should be preheated and the baking time should be doubled.

For steaming you can use the pressure cooker with the special steam basket, or a steamer, or a wide pot (if you put a basket in it).

Portions: 8

• Ingredients:

50 g / Almond flour

1 pinch / Salt

1 tsp / Erythritol-stevia blend 1:1

20 g / Homemade mayonnaise*

1 tsp / Baking powder

4 / Eggs (approximately 200 g)

• Instructions:

1 Mix well all the ingredients with a hand whisk.

Note:

*Mayonnaise can be replaced with olive oil or melted butter.

2 Divide the mixture into 6-8 silicone molds or muffin tins (depending on the size of the pot or saucepan) and place in the steam basket.

3 Pour 2 glasses of water into the pressure cooker and place the the tripod.

4 Cover the basket with aluminum foil so that water vapor does not drip on the buns, and place on the tripod.

5 Close the pressure cooker and turn the valve at mark 1 (for vegetables).

6 Place in the hearth and when the valve rises lower the temperature according to the instructions of the pressure cooker.

7 Count 10 minutes of time.

8 Open the pressure cooker after the steam dropps and carefully remove the foil from the basket.

9 Let the molds slightly cool.

10 Remove the buns from the molds and place on a rack until completely cooled.

Store these buns for 1-2 days at room temperature and 4-5 days in the fridge.

Notes:

These buns can also be baked in the microwave. In this case you have to divide the mixture into 4 fireproof utensils or cups and cook each one separately for about 90 seconds. • For baking in the oven the time will be about 20 minutes.
