This Greek feta cheese pie (tiropita) which has less than 1 gram of carbohydrates on each portion, is a variation of another recipe.


If you ever tried the "Easy Keto Pizza" recipe you will already know how fast it's prepared and how fluffy it is.


I tried to add feta cheese to this pizza crust recipe and the result was the most delicious "tiropita" (cheese pie) I have ever tasted!


It's simple, fast, tasty and without any complicated ingredients.

Keto Greek Feta Cheese Pie (Tiropita)


Portions: 9

• Ingredients:


30 g / Melted butter or olive oil

200 g / Goat feta cheese


1 tbsp / Chopped mint (optional)


All the ingredients of the recipe "Easy Keto Pizza"



• Instructions:


1 Preheat the oven at 180°C (fan assisted).


2 Prepare a 20x24 cm baking pan, with parchment paper.


3 Place all the ingredients of the Easy Keto Pizza recipe in a bowl.


4 Add feta cheese, melted butter and mint.


5 Spread the mixture in the baking pan.


6 Wet your hands with water and smooth the batter surface.


7 Optionally sprinkle some sesame seeds and bake for about 15-20 minutes or until the golden brown.


8 After baking, cut the pie into 9 portions and enjoy the tiropita hot or cold as "tiropsomo" (feta cheese bread)


• Serve and enjoy!



Store tiropita in the fridge for about 3-4 days.
