This is an easy and very tasty keto friendly chocolate pralines recipe.

Pralines are so special that could be a lovely treat.

Tastes like halva with it's sesame flavor, but it's also chocolatey and that gives a full texture to every little bite!

One single praline may cover a strong desire for a sweet treat with only 1 g of carbohydrates.

Of course the coating is optional but gives a luxurious look and adds extra chocolate flavor.

You will find the macros for both versions down below.

• Filling instructions:

1 Melt the chocolate with the coconut butter in a small pan (better on a double boiler).

2 Mix well to have a homogeneous mixture.

3 In a bowl, mix the hazelnut flour, the sweetener and the cocoa powder.

4 Add the tahini paste and mix.

5 Stir in the chocolate mixture.

The mixture is now smooth and viscous.

6 Spread the fudge on a silicone mold. If silicone mold is not available, use a small square baking pan.

7 Cover the fudge with a cling film and place the in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

8 When the mixture is set and cool enough, you can unmold, and cut into 24 pieces.

9 Place the chocolate pralines in the freezer during the coating preparation.

• Coating instructions:

1 Heat the coating ingredients in a small saucepan (same way as for the chocolate filling).

2 Mix and allow the mixture to cool for a while (this must not be very runny).

3 Dip the cold pralines in the chocolate mixture and place on a perchment paper.

Note:

For convenience, I nail a toothpick to each praline and dip in the chocolate to cover all sides.

4 Place and store pralines in the fridge until consumed.

• Serve and enjoy!
