Keto and low carb diet recipes



Welcome to "KetoFoodMagic"!

A special blog is here to explore, for all keto or low carb dieters out there.

"KetoFoodMagic" has given a creative way to my life and I'm glad to be able to share my ideas, inspiration and thoughts with you.

This blog and recipes are aimed at adults on a classic ketogenic or low carb diet. All the recipes are diabetic friendly as well.


That means, my recipes may contain dairy, nuts, seeds and other ingredients that are keto friendly but may have been excluded by some people for various reasons, for example allergies.

*Note for the keto police (oh yes... there is one out there!..)


In many recipes I state that they are keto / low carb meaning that they are allowed on a ketogenic diet (they're keto friendly).  For example, there may be a lack of fat in the bread, so it is understood that you should not eat plain bread but with extra fat or with a fatty meal.  It is also understood that having knowledge, all those who follow this diet, register and calculate the macros of the foods.
